A couple of months back ANTHROT put out a killer demo that  we reviewed .  “The Fucking Tape” is a stellar follow-up, featuring 11 songs about degrading 9-5 work,  abusive cops, and even an ode of sorts to the Nazca.  The songs are stronger, both lyrically and musically. “Anthropocentricide” is a two-minute, slow churning instrumental that is one of the heaviest tracks on the tape.  “On The Market” really grabbed my attention,  blasting the commercialization of the scene that has been happening for years, and the Conflict cover on here is a killer.  Check out this and other recordings at their bandcamp. I am gonna go fuck some shit up now.

interesting use of samples, stronger songwriting and an unquenchable fury make “The Fucking Tape” by Anthrot something to check out. Keep an eye on these dudes, I think they are on to something. 4 out of 5 kegs
