Sorry for being a lazy asshole !

Long Island is not known for its Folk musicians, but with the release of Salvatore Rex Days In Vice things may change.  Minimal, but never lacking in emotion or stirring content, the feelings of anger at the government, love lost without becoming preachy. Days In Vice reminds me of  Pete Seeger and Appalachian Folk, it is music for people who have not bought in a sold out their dreams and keep it DIY.

Salvatore Rex keeps a rigorous tour schedule and has a few shows lined up.

Days In Vice get’s three and a halfkegs out of five, a well recorded folk album that shows that great political folk aint dead.
