This was sent to me as a recommendation from Joe from Until Sunrise.

These guys are heavy as fuck. Seriously. The vocals remind me heavily of Buried Inside, pretty much one of my favorite bands of all time. The instrumentals sound a lot like Buried Inside as well, only they sometimes branch off into either a Dillinger Escape Plan (43% Burnt) kind of feel, or this pairing of their normal vocals with this dreamy, clean vocals which sound incredible. And then comes “Assending”, which has this beautiful, ambient feel, completely changing the tone of the album.

They vocal pattern reminds me a lot of Stick To Your Guns. They mainly go with these fantastic, rough vocals, but they sometimes bridge them with these clean vocals. The difference is that new Stick To Your Guns suck, and these guys don’t. Bone-crushing break downs, chugging guitar riffs, everything you could ever want from a band.

Rating: 4/5 Kegs
